FOOTBALL CAMPSITE OPEN FOR TT ONLY | NEAR THE COURSE | 3 MILES FROM DOUGLAS

Open just for TT we are working closely with Union Mills to create a new TT camping experience.

Union Mills is located on the inside of the course and is accessible thoughout the TT period, if the roads are closed for practice or racing full access can be gained through the TT access road.

The site is close to all major bus routes but we are arranging direct bus services from the sea terminal to make it that much easier. A nightly bus service will also run from the site to Douglas returning at midnight.

During your stay you have full access to the clubs facilities which include Clubhouse with Lounge, Bar, Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi - Breakfasts and Evening Meals.

Useful Infomation:

Important: Note that the campsite is around 15-20 minutes walk from the TT course the sites location means that you can get to other part of the island with ease.

What will the campsite take? Tents only. (Pre-Built hopefully coming soon)

Bike Parking: On the car park only

How to get there from:

Sea Terminal with a vehicle Exiting the sea terminal turn left at the first round about, at the second roundabout go straight and keep heading straigh on through all traffic lights passing McDonalds up to the the TT course at Quarterbridge (double round about).

Here continue to head straight on following signs for Peel. You will come to another round about with a tree in the middle here turn right up the hill over the next two roundabouts until you reach the third roundabout with Strang shops across from you. Turn right and follow the road round the bend and the site is located on the left hand side.

Coming on Foot: Site is on the bus service from Douglas to Strang. You will have a 10 minute walk to the site.

We are orgainsing buses from the Sea terminal to leave 1 hour after the sailing arrives (not all sailings) information for this will be posted online or on our Facebook page.

A taxi will cost around £15 each way.

Evening Transport into Douglas: Buses will be available in the evening departing from the site to take you into Douglas and back. Details will be online soon and also available at the site.
