YEAR ROUND CAMPSITE | ON THE COURSE | 3 MILES FROM DOUGLAS

Located 3 miles outside of Douglas, on the TT Course - a very popular Campsite for TT Visitors - open all season, with good facilities, (showers and toilets), and on on-site Cafe during TT – Breakfasts, meals and snacks and drinks available to purchase.

Great views to the surrounding countryside from the Campsite, and superbly managed by a local family and is one of the best sites on the island.

Important: Note that the campsite is on the TT course there is no access once the roads are closed for practice or racing.

What will the campsite take? Tents and Campervans - Some electic hook ups but these are now sold out fo TT 2012.

How to get there from:

Sea Terminal with a vehicle- Exiting the sea terminal turn left at the first round about, at the second roundabout go straight and keep heading straigh on through all traffic lights passing McDonalds up to the the TT course at Quarterbridge (double round about).

Here continue to head straight on following signs for PEEL. You will come to another round about with a tree in the middle here turn left, over Braddan bridge and past Braddan Church. Head straigh on ove the next round about.

Continue for around amile through Union Mills along the TT Course, up the hill. At the top of the hill the course goes right and the entrance of the campsite is on the left.

Coming on Foot: Site is on all major bus routes from Peel to Douglas with buses 5 & 6 running every half an hour so if you coming on foot without transport this is a great option. Douglas by bus is around 20 minutes and Peel 30 Minutes.

If you are coming on foot from the airport you will need to get the number 1 bus to Douglas bus station and change to the number 5 or 6 bus.

Evening Transport into Douglas: Buses will be available in the evening departing from the site to take you into Douglas and back. Details will be online soon and also available at the site.
