Thank you for sending the tickets through, they did arrive in plenty of time. My husband had a fantastic time so thank you also for all you put into place on the VIP ticket to make the day so special and memorable for those lucky enough to have one. He was thrilled with the contents of the goody bag and the access to behind the scenes areas. His whole day, from start to finish, was brilliant, marred by the death of the young Irish rider, naturally, but that is part of the risk and the thrill of the race. I have told him he needs to save up now to visit again next year - or wait until his 60th birthday. I know organising such trips is your job and you do it year in year out, but I just wanted to say thank you anyway. Just to say thank you, concerning our VIP trip yesterday. Everything went very smoothly from our arrival at Blackpool Airport to our return. A pity that the weather spoilt the racing, but it didnt spoil the day, a fantastic trip that we will always remember. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend both Regency Travel & yourself in the future. Hello Bert Bakkar and everyone at Regency Travel, Just a very quick email to say thank you very much for arranging our trip to the Isle of Man TT last Saturday (4th June), we had a really spectacular day.
Thank you for explaining the day so well when I first rang to book the tickets, and for offering to provide an emailed gift certificate when I said the trip was a birthday gift for my husband. You set a very high standard of customer service.
This standard was kept up throughout our day. Everyone we dealt with from the check in staff at Leeds Bradford airport onwards could not have been more eager to make us feel welcome and ensure our trip was a success. The flights were perfect, the pilot and co-pilot brilliant, the people who greeted us at IOM airport were great (the gift bags were unexpected bonus, filled with really useful stuff), the coach driver could not have been more helpful if he had tried, he answered everyones questions when dropping us off, giving directions to the grandstand and also discussing other routes to get a better feel for the atmosphere. Sorry I could just go on with the praise.

Mandy, just got back from the IOM Races, stay was too short and has only convinced me that I need to come back! Just a brief note to thankyou again Mandy for giving me the opportunity to see the TT at such short notice. All was great with the airline, hotel and arrangements, hopefully you will be hearing from me again (but with a little more planning on my behalf!). Just to say a bigthankyou for our day trip,yesterday fri 10 June,to the Isle of Man TT.From start to finish at the airport,transfers,grandstand tickets,and return flights,our day went without any complications due to the professionalism and organisation of Regency travel,thank you.Our only dissapointment was that we had to catch our return transfer to the airport at 5pm,and because of bad weather,the racing was postponed until 5.15pm?ah well thats the weather for you,no worries?

I would like to thank you and your team for helping me organise my husband’s visit to the TT Races, he had a fabulous time weather perhaps could have been kinder but he didn’t mind everything was well organised and planned and he even got to sit on Mike Hailwood’s bike.
The only concern I have is he is talking about going again next year – TT widow!!!!

Dear Michaela, We want to thank you so much for a memorable trip! It was everything we hoped for and more! The TT race was so thrilling and meeting the riders was a dream come true! The best part was meeting so many wonderful and nice people at IOM. The hospitality was overwhelming and we had the greatest time at The Raven and The Savoy has the best fish and chips in Douglas! At first I was nervous about setting up the trip from the US but you put my worries to rest and took care of all the details. You handled everything professionally and with kind patience (sorry for all emails). I will certainly recommend my friends and collegues to call you for travel to the IOM.
