Why become a Homestay host ?

Accommodate visitors to the Isle of Man TT or Festival of Motorcycling in your home, meet people from around the world, share experiences and make some money.

Can anyone sign up as a host ?

Yes, we welcome residents to sign up as a host. To sign up, there is certain criteria and regulations that you must follow, but being a homestay host makes a truly authentic and unique travel experience for the visitor.

Our hosts vary and include young couples, retired couples, families (mother-father-children), single parent families and hosts who live alone.

If you have a spare room in your house that's full of junk and gathering dust, a family member has left home or you are going on holiday and wish to rent out your property, sign up as a homestay host today and start hosting guests in your home!

How do I sign up?

If you are re-registering your property you can contact us for the Homestay registration form or if you are looking to sign up as a new host please ensure you that you read the Homestay Host notes.

After reading the note and wish to apply please contact the Homestay team who will need to ask a few questions before you can receive the registration form. If you pass the questions we will then send a form to you that you must complete and return.

We will then contact you to arrange an inspection of the property, at inspection the property must be as it will be when a visitor arrives.
